Eye Testing & Fun Day - update

The Southern Dandie Dinmont Terrier Club is holding an eye testing session (gonioscopy) on Sunday 5th October 2008 at the Kennels of their Secretary, Jane Withers, at Frilsham, Berkshire. Ian Mason will be the Opthalmologist in attendance. UPDATE: wet weather accommodation has been provided at Frilsham Village Hall if required - check out the link below.

For those of you new to Dandie Dinmont ownership, eye testing is highly recommended by all three UK Dandie Dinmont Terrier Breed Clubs and required before breeding. Gonioscopy is a painless, non-intrusive test to check whether there is any narrowing of the eye drainage angle and is just one of the ways that we as a Breed are helping to maintain fit and healthy Dandie Dinmonts for the future.
