Round white china ashtray showing a Pepper Dandie Dinmont Terrier balancing a bottle of Dandie Dinmont Whisky on his nose. Inscribed on rear: Made by Associated Potteries Co, Hancock & Corefield Lts., Mitcham, London and the Potteries.
This attractive and elaborate copper ashtray was probably drom forged and not cast. Note the image of the dog matches the very early dog used on the stoneware jugs.

Produced by Wade of Staffordshire England and available during the period 1950 - 1965 is this unusual china 'doughnut' ashtray, produced to complement the Wade white water jug.
