Dandies were first in the ring at 9am and it was already a lovely warm summer's day at Crown Fields, Westby near Blackpool in Lancashire. Frances Chapman-King was our Judge for the day and found her Best of Breed and Bitch CC in Mosterlada Silver Lining owned and bred by Tony and Elaine Jarvis. This is her third CC and, subject to our KC, she is now a Champion. Dog CC was awarded to Glen Tinsley and Mike Macbeth's Canadian Champion Glahms Royal Canadian - again his third UK CC which, subject to our KC, makes him a UK Champion. Reserve Dog CC was awarded to Banburg Alfresco (Ch Finloren the Laird at Swanwillow ex Strathmont Harbour Light of Banburg) - bred by Pat Bannister and handled by Paul Eardley (Sherex). The Reserve Bitch CC went to Wazzly Aphrodite homebred by Jean Motler (Ch Cloverwood Dandie Dazzle ex Finloren Lady Eloise at Wazzly) - interesting to note that the two reserve CC Finloren parents were littermates. Best Puppy was Hilary Cheyne's Cloverwood Sister Bliss for Rontybrig - Can Ch Glahms Royal Canadian ex Cloverwood Henrietta bred by Glen Tinsley.
