 Best of Breed and Terrier Group 1 Ch Inzievar Silver Gilt 
Sue McCourt [Silhill Australian Terriers formerly Skye Terriers] was our Judge at Bath Championship Show, June 2007. No CCs for Dandies. She found her Best of Breed and Best Dog in the Late Mrs Jamieson and Buist's Ch Inzievar Silver Gilt, handled and bred by Frances Chapman-King. Frances and Silver Gilt went on to win the Terrier Group - many congratulations! The photograph, although very recent, was not taken at this show.
 Best Bitch was Beverly Deacon's homebred Cassencarrie Cavalcadia. Reserve Best Dog was Cassencarrie Cafe Noir among Josaka bred by Beverly and owned by the Price's. Sadly they have just lost their first Dandie at 13 but it is great to see people experienced in another breed (Irish) successfully showing a Dandie Dinmont. Reserve Best Bitch was Kate Irving's homebred Dandyhow Don't Dilly Dally (Ch Cloverwood Dandie Dazzle ex Borderstone Impulsive of Dandyhow). Best Puppy was Cynthia Bailey's homebred Stinchcombe Rosa Mundie who interestingly is a Ch Cassencarrie Blithe Spirit pup.

Note to people not familiar with our UK Show Scene: You will see that we have 'no CCs for Dandies' on various results pages. This means that the Best Dog and Best Bitch are not awarded one of the three Championship Certificates needed to gain their title of Champion. Each Breed is only allowed so many opportunities each year to gain a Certificate and they are allocated by the UK Kennel Club to just a few Shows. However, taking Bath as an example, you will see that Ch Inzievar Silver Gilt still was elegible to enter the Terrier Group as a Best of Breed and still went on to beat all other Terrier Best of Breeds, many of whom would have gained a  CC that day.
